A Walk with Christ

Do you like the easy road? Do you prefer your ears to be tickled? Is your walk with Jesus challenging you, testing you, pushing you to be better, more obedient, to sacrifice everything? If not, then join us. Jesus warned us to weigh the cost, that this would not be an easy path to travel. His burden is light, but the walk is hard … and the one who stands firm to the end will be saved. Discover what this means when you Walk With Christ!

Strength in Him

Jesus said, “Take heart, for I have overcome the world.” It’s easy to feel overwhelmed, which is why we need to stay rooted in Him. How do we do that?

In His Word

In His Word is truth, life, and the way. His earliest disciples were called ‘Followers of the Way.’ If we wish to ‘follow’ Him, we can only do that by LISTENING to Him.

That is the importance and value of reading and understanding His Word.

Saved by Grace

Jesus said, “I am the [only] way, the [only] truth, and the [only] life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

If you’re feeling God’s pull, pressure, or pounding on your life, He’s calling you. How you answer will determine your eternal future. We’d love to help you along this amazing journey.

Got Questions?

Jesus has the answers. Questions reveal truth. Jesus encouraged His disciples to ask in order to understand. We’d love to help you unpack the truth of the Bible in your life.

As iron sharpens iron, so it is that one man strengthens another. Individually, we grow weak, weary, and worn down. Together we strengthen each other. Fellowship with us for a rewarding walk.

True to His Word

“In this world you will have troubles, but take heart, for I have overcome the world.” Jesus was fully man and fully God. He experienced every temptation we do, and even tougher, yet He did not sin. He told us to ‘be perfect, therefore, for your Heavenly Father is perfect.’ We are a fellowship of believers who seek to be obedient to His commands and spread His Word and Love to the world, not to earn our place in Heaven, but out of gratitude for all He’s done for us.”

Our Mission & Vision

To “make disciples of all the nations … teaching them to obey all that I have commanded …” (Matthew 28:20)

It’s easy to water down the gospel, make it more ‘palatable’ to increase congregation numbers. It’s simple to tell a person ‘all you need to do is believe.’ It’s right there in Scripture.

What if it’s more than ‘believe that’ but trust in (surrender of one’s life to) Jesus that encapsulates Scriptural faith? Jesus said this walk would not be easy (“take up your cross daily”). His burden is light (we don’t need to follow rituals and say repetitive prayers or ‘do’ things to be saved), but the walk is tough, yet it’s monumentally rewarding.

We strive to shine a light on His Words and the necessity to be in them, to absorb them, to study them, and to love them. That’s the only way we can be truly and fully devoted, obedient followers of Him in a world bent on simple solutions to eternal struggles.

Salvation. Discipleship. Obedience.

Our sin separates us from God. With no way to be ‘good enough’ through our actions, Jesus provides hope in Him. Through a saving relationship with our Lord and Savior, we can become devoted followers (disciples), discern truth from false teachings, and honor Him with our obedient heart.
