About Us
We’re sinners saved by grace. His grace. We were discipled and mentored. We read and studied. We prayed and were lead by the Spirit. Through it all, His Truth emerged in spite of the seeming desire among many professing believers and pastors and church leaders to water the gospel down and tickle ears. Only God’s Word matters. Strength In Him
Jesus said, “Take heart for I have overcome the world” (John 16:33). It’s easy to feel overwhelmed, which is why we need to stay rooted in Him. How do we do that?
In His Word
In His word is truth, life, and the way. His earliest disciples were called ‘Followers of the Way.’ If we truly wish to follow Him, we can only do that by first listening to Him. That is the importance and value of reading and understanding His Word.
Saved By Grace
Jesus said, “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to Father except through Me” (John 14:6). The Word never says the gift of salvation is free. It actually costs us everything. The path is narrow that leads to Christ, and the gate to salvation is narrow.

To “Make disciples of all the nations… teaching them to obey ALL that I have commanded you” (Matthew 28:20)
One of the easiest things to do as a pastor, minister, leader in a Christian church or community today is to water down the Good News. The goal tends to be to make Christianity ‘palatable’ to the average untested, unproven professing believer.
But Jesus says, “You will be hated by everyone on account of me but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved” (Matthew 10:22).
God’s Truth is powerful. It’s convicting. It’s harsh. Yet, it’s also love. But “[t]his is the judgment: the light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather than the light because their deeds were evil” (John 3:19).
People prefer the darkness, yet Jesus calls us to obey all that He commanded. Not just the things we like and agree with. Not the things we think will make our neighbors like it. To be His disciples means repenting (leaving sin) and obeying His Word.
