Strength in Him
Jesus said, “Take heart, for I have overcome the world” (John 16:33). It’s easy to feel overwhelmed, which is why we need to stay rooted in Him. How do we do that?
In His Word
In His Word is truth, life, and the way. His earliest disciples were called ‘Followers of the Way.’ If we wish to ‘follow’ Him, we can only do that by LISTENING to Him.
That is the importance and value of reading and understanding His Word.
Saved by Grace
Jesus said, “I am the [only] way, the [only] truth, and the [only] life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6). The Word never says His gift of salvation is free. It costs everything for the way to the small gate that is Him is hard and narrow.
Searching?
If you’re feeling God’s pull, pressure, or pounding on your life, He’s calling you. How you answer will determine your eternal future. We’d love to help you along this amazing journey.
Got Questions?
Jesus has the answers. Questions reveal truth. Jesus encouraged His disciples to ask in order to understand. We’d love to help you unpack the truth of the Bible in your life.
Struggling?
Saved or unsaved, when life is beating you down, we’re here for you. Yes, we believe in Him. Yes, we will talk about Him. But first and foremost we are called to love our neighbors and our enemies. That means being there in times of struggle, pain, and sorrow. Reach out if you need someone to simply listen.
Fellowship
“As iron sharpens iron, so it is that one man strengthens another” (Proverbs 27:17). Individually, we grow weak, weary, and worn down. Together we strengthen each other. Fellowship with us for a rewarding walk.
True to His Word
“In this world you will have troubles, but take heart, for I have overcome the world” (John 16:33). Jesus was fully man and fully God. He experienced every temptation we do, but even tougher, yet He did not sin. He told us to ‘be perfect, therefore, for your Heavenly Father is perfect’ (Matthew 5:48). We are a fellowship of believers who seek to be obedient to His commands and spread His Word and Love to the world, not to earn our place in Heaven, but out of gratitude for all He’s done for us.”
Our Mission & Vision
To “make disciples of all the nations … teaching them to obey all that I have commanded …” (Matthew 28:20)
It’s easy to water down the gospel, make it more ‘palatable’ to increase congregation numbers. It’s simple to tell a person ‘all you need to do is believe.’ It’s (almost) right there in Scripture.
Remember, though, that Satan knows the Word better than any of us, and he has manipulated it just right to turn people onto the path of destruction for ages. Does the Word actually say ‘All you need to do is believe and you’ll be saved?’
No. It doesn’t. Close, but as they say, ‘Close only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades.’
What if it’s more than ‘believe that’ but trust in (surrender of one’s life to) Jesus that encapsulates Scriptural faith? Jesus said this walk would not be easy (“take up your cross daily” (Luke 9:23)). His burden is light (we don’t need to follow rituals and say repetitive prayers or try to ‘do’ things to be saved), but the walk is tough, yet it’s monumentally rewarding.
We strive to shine a light on His Words and the necessity to be in them, to absorb them, to study them, and to love them. That’s the only way we can be truly and fully devoted, obedient followers of Him in a world bent on simple solutions to eternal struggles. Keep in mind that in Scripture, faith is synonymous with obedience.

Salvation. Discipleship. Obedience.
Our sin separates us from God. With no way to be ‘good enough’ through our actions, Jesus provides hope in Him. Through a saving relationship with our Lord and Savior, we can become devoted followers (disciples), discern truth from false teachings, and honor Him with an obedient heart.

Jesus warned us that it’s difficult for a rich man to enter into Heaven, and we live in the richest times in the history of the planet. What ramifications does that have for us who are in Him?

It’s not good for any of us to be alone. We were created for fellowship, companionship, and the works He set aside for each of His beloved children. How do we remain connected when it feels like the forest has been leveled?

Speed Limits, Belief, and Traps: Where Are You Going, Anyway?

“There’s Absolutely NO Evidence of God” … So Say the Blind
Oh, blind man, heal yourself. I was blind but now I see. If you don’t know me, my life, or my testimony, let me tell you: I hated God. I am (reluctant to admit) highly intelligent, mathematically oriented, creative, and can understand intensely advanced astrophysical...
I Honestly, Passionately Hated You, So Why Did You Save Me?
Billions of people. Millions of dreams. Countless ambitions. We’re swimming in a world of evil. No matter how ‘good’ we assume we are, God says otherwise. “No one is good-except God alone.” (Mark 10:18) I was a ‘good’ person, too -by human standards (at least that’s...
